If you are the sort of person that likes people, urban exploration, the 1970s, and records, you should check out Music Madhouse. Rob, the owner, is just the nicest guy. There is a good selection of vinyl, and the prices are very good. There is no record store from Vancouver to Portland that is harder to find. Discovering the highly delightful and unusual location is part of the joyful journey. Rob's shop sparkles with groovy vibes!

Mad House is the best record store if you looking for records from 1970's and earlier. Great selection of classic rock, blues and Jazz. Also great prices, if you go to a record fair, most of the records are 1.5 to double the price compared to Mad House. I go here almost once a week to check out new stock, he always has new selection. I feel like a little kid in a comic book store when I go. Highly recommended.

Amazing selection of rare o.g. vinyl. I could spend a mint here. Kind of hard to find but well worth the trip off the beaten path. I need a few hours to dig here.
