Good protocol against covid-19 including sanitizing hand, mask required, and social distancing. The best thing is they extended the shopping time.

Employees are wonderful help! Alicia at the cosmetics counter was graciously taking customers to pay because there’s only one register to pay with a 1/2 hour or more wait with only 1 person! And there are a bunch of registers open but they are only for returns and no signage so you wait in line for no reason!! Management needs to get their act together with better signage and more open registers with employees to man them! Won’t go back for a long time!!

My visit was alright i went to return an item and the lady said i cant give you cash ibut i had psid in cash then it just became a hassel...and took two snx half weeks for my refund....????? Sorry the bay Im not impressed at all....dont think ill be returning any time soon nor will i be telling my friends or others to come to be inconvenienced .... How rude for your customer to be put out satisfied tsk tsk But the guy ahead of me returning wasnt getting great return satisfaction either...whats wrong with ghe staff to be putting up such a fuss helloooo its a freaking return ...i see less and less return...ing customers in the bays feuature....

Huge place. Can't tell employees from normal ppl so u spend 3 hours looking for anything u want and it reeks like extra stong old woman perfume
