Big Box Outlet Store - Kelowna

Please have your workers focus on work. I was there a few days ago. And two of girls you had working . Stocking shelves( not really) were talking about customers in a not so nice way and didn't even care other customers were around. Very unsettling. I'll be calling management Monday. This was on Friday October 16 . 2020

Found a really nice wooden cutting board and wanted to buy it it was 15 dollars. But discovered it was un level so went back to check the rest and found out they were all unlevel. Completely pathetic that they try to sell garbage cutting boards at full price when there all defective. They are trying to rip people off and its disgusting. Do not shop here

They have a great selection of UTTERLY random stuff--including groceries--at often AMAZING prices. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I work close to the Big Box Outlet and visit often. There is always a great selection of interesting items at great prices. I have purchased a Roomba, runners, clothing, Bbq, suitcase, etc. All the staff are next level. Mike, Les, and Charmaine have made the store my first destination to shop. Thank you!
