Today i was absolutely blown away by the service and knowledge i received from Hunter. I was looking for some headphones and was hesitant on which ones to get. Hunter took me through the different brands and educated me on what features will work the best with the phone i have. I have NEVER received any kind of service like that at a electronics store in my life. At the end of my visit Hunter recommended to me some ear buds i had looked at but was not going to buy. He said the features you are looking for are all in these ear buds. Please try these and my team leader can authorize an exchange if you feel my recommendation didn't work out. He then told me, my team leader will have to authorize the exchange because I am moving on for employment. I must say i hope you have another job in customer service. You are absolutely amazing and have a bright future ahead of you. Best of luck!

Always enjoy the pleasure it is to deal with these fine people. Any issues I've ever had they've been able to resolve fairly. I appreciate the advice I get on new products I'm looking and fantastic service through and through. Will always come back to this Best Buy!

I wanted to purchase a Quest 2 from store. But I went in and they were out of stock. The representative said I would have to order and maybe get it before Christmas. Come to find out they have them in stock 2 days after i went into store and already ordered. My package still hasnt shipped yet. I am completely unsatisfied and will avoid best buy for my future electronic purchases.

This best buy is actually really really helpful. I'm frequently impressed by how they talk to each other in store. It's pretty encouraging to see employees of a big box chain respect each other's human needs while simultaneously being so knowledgeable about their products. I'll take some of that kool-aid! xD
