How often can you say you’re surprised and delighted by service that exceeds your expectations? After two miserably negative experiences at big box stores, I called Andre’s for help. I told Cameron my problem: I’m looking to buy a new tv, but I have a small car. He said: “ Come on down, If you find something, I can pop in in the back of my truck.” So, he helped me find the TV that was just right, ran it over to my house AND helped me set it up! He even took the box for me. I’ve already told three people at work, and I will never buy electronics anywhere else. It feels good to support a local store. My new TV is amazing, and was a GREAT price. Thank you Cameron. I had fun today!

What a great store 👍 Lots of awesome stuff to look at and check out in there showroom , Staff knew exactly what I needed them to know for my purchase. I had a issue with a speaker I bought couple days after I bought it And they exchanged it for me with no hassle at all without having to go through my warrantee!! Will Definitely be back for my electronic purchases, As they stand behind what they sell.

Great shopping experience! If I could give 6 stars, I would! Mr. Gary took good care of me from the very beginning of my shopping and kept his word when he told me he would call me back, well he did! :) Others should take lessons from such good customer service! Also, great prices on products and hassle free experience! Merci beaucoup M. Gary! :)

The in store service was excellent. The representative was informative and not pushy. The installer was on time and very efficient and left contact info just in case there were any issues. Delighted with the end result.

Adele is amazing. She makes the process of getting a new phone so simple and painless. I appreciate everything she did to make sure we got the best deal and her patience while my daughter made her colour and case decisions. 😁
