The guys were knowledgable and were able to sell me a used battery for my girlfriend's car for much much cheaper than new. Weeks later the battery is working great and is under warranty for a year so the value is huge. Having said that the only reason this isn't a 5 star review is that when my girlfriend called and asked if they had a used battery for her car she was told that they did not. When I went in a couple hours later with the same information for the same car all of the sudden there were 5 used ones. Not sure why that is but in the end we got a great deal. Maybe just go in to the store rather than calling.

I always have excellent , knowledgeable and friendly service at this store. Today I dealt with Josh and he worked very diligently to solve my problem. Good people and very fair to deal with.

Random employee was harassing me outside because i parked on the side of the building to visit another business, telling me "all the spots have to be open for employees", even though there were no signs saying no parking and hardly anyone there to begin with. I didn't initially know which business they were from on this block, thus why i gave a negative review for every business here, but YOUR response to my review proves that it was your business which did this. 0/5 stars completely unprofessional, and you just sold yourselves out. Good job guys. Maybe next time don't fall for the trap i set for you. All the other reviews have been deleted and yours will be staying. I'm also reposting this if i get ANY sort of negative response from you.

Absolutely useless. And dismiiive Asking me to provide a “group number “ how would A customer know ? No way they could possibly look it up , I would think there must be some form of indexing vehicles and their battery type or group. I did supply the year, make, model but your front end person said they could not look it up.. Canadian Energy had no problem finding the correct group and type , your loss.

Highly, highly recommend this place. Super friendly and very reasonably priced. For watch battery changes less than $10, generally. This is half the price of many other places I checked at.
