Service department is a complete joke. They told me it would be $140.50 minimum charge (1hr) for the call out. They then invoice me the $140.50 as a fee and then proceed to charge me $176 for 1 hour of labour!!! This was not made clear to me in advance. And the guy didn’t even fix the problem! I’m ripping the system out ASAP.

Ineffecient mess. Tech support can't find customers who actively exist even if you give them an address, and to get them to stop harassing you with phone calls is like pulling teeth. Terrible customer service, do not recommend at all.

Absolute worst customer service. Lots of promises and problem after problem. Plus, who would use one of these systems when now you can easily wire up alarms to alert your cellphone with video at a fraction of the cost? Avoid these people.
