Great service! Called for a central vac repair they were out here in the morning the next day. Fixed within an hour. Serviceman was super friendly same with whoever talked to me on the phone. I am very very pleased plus there pricing is great! I would recommend them to anyone!!

I’ve bought three Nilfisk Central Vacs systems as well as all my bags nozzle repairs etc for over 10 years from this business. After having a beater bar head repaired I bought a new brush as well. It was horrible I videotaped it’s inability to pick up kitty litter and I was told that he couldn’t exchange it because it had hair on it and he couldn’t resell it. Instead he expected me to buy another one he felt might work better. Doesn’t stand behind parts he chooses to sell. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Very good service. Our central vacuum stopped working and they had it repaired and reinstalled in 3 days. The staff are excellent.

Had Stephan to blow out the pipes on our central vac. He was professional, explained things, and even went the extra mile to suggest the problem that was causing the pipes to clog up when there was no big items in the clog (just regular dirt and grim...no socks or balls or anything big). So he fixed what he thought the problem was; his labour was included in the cost of the maintenance service. Just had to pay for the parts ($4). I was really pleased that he didn't just not fix the problem so that we would be in the same position again in another year. Was really pleased with this service. I had called around to 3 places in the city and this place was the lowest cost and yet still had excellent service. Will definitely use them again!
