Were great to deal with! The store was a little busy with a lack Friday sales but we were greeted and talked to pretty quickly. Great prices and super easy to deal with. We said we were just shipping and looking for the best deal. We were assured we would get the best deal and were actually encouraged to look around for better deals. Was also told they would match and beat a competitors price, which we tried to do but were unable. Visions Black Friday prices were out of this world.

Awesome service and all questions answered without bias towards any particular brands. This is the second large purchase of audio receivers in this location. As a family we’ve bought quite a few televisions through Visions also, and always found the best quality for the buck on their recommendations! Thanks again guys! Jordan was great.

Shopping experience alike to the former Futureshop. Items stacked to the ceiling in a compact space making you want to slowly look around at everything. More competitive prices lately with a little negotiating space. Canadian owned!

Rough - in a word. The commission based sales staff weren't super interested, and provided minimal input when I tried to talk to them. Remember guys - I might not be the big sale. But too many experiences like this, and I'll talk that big sale out of even showing up. Try harder. Bonus point - pretty solid sale prices on some nice products.
