Byron - the technician did a great job. He was professional, efficient and had to basically redo someone else’s work who no longer is with the company. He was also very patient with me - as I am technically challenged. Would use Price again.

It's been a nightmare! My alarm system talks in the middle of the night waking us up, the alarm goes off all the time for no reason. The last time it was because the battery in the panel box was exploding and pushing the box off the wall causing the alarm to go off. 2 weeks ago it was because of a programming error. The alarm has hurt the hearing of my 8 pound dogs. It went off all day Mother's Day, we were forced to sit under an umbrella outside in the rain after inviting family for dinner. A week later Sunday BBQ day, the same thing happened. Sure they come out to fix it, but I've had 30-40 service calls in 2 years. I can't take it anymore. I can't leave my house, if the alarm goes off for no reason it's a big fine if the cops come. I can't leave my house in case it goes off when the 3 dogs are alone. So they say, turn the system off and just pay the monitoring fee for the next 3 years with no alarm, no smoke detectors or use of any of the equipment I paid $2000.00 for. So they won't let me out of the contract. They can't fix the problem. I am suing them. Worst experience of my life, your alarm company should protect you....that's a laugh. My alarms have gone off 20 - 30 times.

Ilya is an excellent tech . Polite ,knowledgeable , and accommodating . He was running all day and managed to install a very complicated alarm thermostat system . I am an engineer and businessman and was thoroughly impressed .
