Lately I have been very dissatisfied with customer service and have gone to Rona instead 3 times to find items that were readily available at one time at home depot.

Absolutely horrible experience buying a set of appliances from home depot. Our delivery has been delayed 3 times. We have been lied to by appliance delivery representatives. Spoken to numerous completely rude and unhelpful customer service representatives who can offer no answers or solutions to our multiple delays or horrible service. Ill go out of my way to shop elsewhere from now on, regardless of prices.
