Super clean facility. Good parking. Ok design, even though the third row at the back still always surprises me, but a very strong customer avoidance culture. You know the one where one who obviously has some duties towards re-stocking sees you and walks past quickly like they are in a hurry. But then you see them the next row over and they are shuffling a long, killing time. But when you are able to talk to one at a counter their knowledge and advise was decent. Pricing, as usual needs to be watched, especially on their sale items. Good store. Needs some cultural injection.

Amazing staff! Very kind, and knowledgeable! This place has absolutely everything. And honestly some of the best prices in Kelowna !

I was in Rona today (Kelowna, Springfield Branch) & I was stunned at their Christmas Display before me as I walked in the door. It is beautiful & with such a beautiful variety to choose from. Myself & a few other customers were so delighted, we wanted to buy it all. Thank you Rona, because we all really need this right now to help us get through the mess going on in our world. Much gratitude to all those who set up the beautiful lighted display.

Huge store pretty much whatever you need. When staff is available they are very helpful. Don't like that they allow dogs in the store, not sure how a dog owner would stop their dog from peeing.

We went to check out appliances today at Rona. We left the store and exited through the wrong doors. An employee of Rona came out chasing us through the parking lot screaming at the top of his lungs at us. That we shouldn't be going out the wrong door. Seriously!! We have never been screamed at like this employee screamed at us. We were going to spend 10,000 dollars on appliances, but we definitely won't. We will go to Home Depot. And definitely we will never shop at Rona again. And will tell everyone we know of our experience today!!!
