We just had our security system completely upgraded by Prices Alarms. Sue Laughlin came out to our remote location and walked the property, providing insight on our needs. She was very professional and worked with us to meet our scheduling requirements, both in terms of providing the quote and in helping to schedule the arrival and timing of the installation tech. The technician that came to do the install, Ben Elliot, was superb. Ben understood exactly what was required, and worked within our timing to avoid staff in various areas as they arrived for work. He managed to complete all of the replacements and upgrades in each area, and fully tested everything before he prepared to leave. I am happy to recommend them both, as well as Price's in general for any type of security system quote and installation.

When we first called Price's Alarms, Sue Laughlin was the one who came to our home to guide us through the process. She was very friendly and helped us customize an alarm package for our security needs. Since then, she has always been willing to help when anything arose. She is extremely quick to respond to emails and she is very responsive in moving things forward quickly. When we had to move on short notice, she helped us relocate our security system in spite of the short notice. Anytime that something has come up, she has been quick to help and she is a big part of the reason why we are satisfied with the service provided by Price's Alarms.

We have been using Prices for a few years and decided to add security cameras. Sue Laughlin helped us with the selection and quote and Evan Whyte did the installation and assisted me in getting started with the app and working through the program. Both were great to work with and I highly recommend them.
