All the guys at Andres are amazing. They have the best prices in town by far and the best costumer service. We got an amp for a truck and a deck for a car. Thanks guys!

Great experience. Jesse is very personable and low pressure. Dave the installer actually made a house call to ensure the TV would go in the correct spot, as I had questions. Very impressed with the service.

Dylan is the best! He worked extremely hard at getting me the best cellphone plan etc. Very helpful and knowledgeable and excellent to work with. Customer Service at this store is exceptional!

Not impressed at all. Spent a lot of money buying a new fridge and stove supposed to be black stainless. Got my appliances home and opened up the stove and it was wrong color. Husband messaged the manager right away but he never replied. Went into the store upon returning to town ( we bought in Courtenay and moved out of province), and was told we couldn't be helped. So now I have a fridge and stove that don't match. Not very professional. So much for customer satisfaction. Will never shop there again, neither will my friends or family. You suck Dave.

(Car audio) Marty is a wizard. Anything anywhere, he will make it happen. Masterful and highly technical installation. Custom beyond comprehension. This is the place every audiophile should go. Huge thank you to Jesse, Dave and Marty for the repeated excellent experiences.
