Shop ANYWHERE else. Took my phone in Saturday to get the screen fixed - was told it would be done Monday and they would call me. No call, so I called Tuesday. The son, who has the same name as the dad owner, said, "You were told you would be called, no point in calling us." I said, "Yes, but I was also told it would be done Monday." He replied, "Nothing I can do about it - it will be back in later today - we don't have a repair person on site, it goes to Campbell River." I called back 15 minutes before closing and he said, "I told you that WE will call YOU." I reminded him of the second promise time. He said his dad was on the road picking it up and it wasn't his problem that it wasn't back in time. Finally, I got a call late Wednesday that it was ready. Horrible service, horrible staff interactions. Really unfortunate as I try to support local - not from this store again!

Terrible business ethics, my friend pre-ordered a ps5 (they had pre-orders available before Sony had even announced a price yet btw) and they didn't get any when they promised tons of people they would get it on launch day. He was lucky enough to get his money back which I think is a luxury that most people who pre-ordered might have trouble with. Stay away from this shady business. By the way the man who owns this store sells pre-orders and then buys the stock of other retailers to sell at his store because they dont get stock. I know this because I have seen him do it many times at London Drugs.

The team had done repairs on my PS4 promptly and fair priced. Also I appreciate having customer service support for any questions instead of dealing with Sony and the Bot style service. Looking forward for my pre order 😀

Ordered a charger for my Nintendo switch a couple of weeks ago. They couldn't give me an exact time for a delivery and only gave me an hour window of when they would be there (in between 5-6 pm) and still didn't show up until almost 7pm with no explanation or even an apology for being so late. I have been into the store in the past and had no complaints, just your generic video game store with a decent retro selection. Nothing wrong with the product, just poor delivery service.
