I am currently writing this review from my Mac mini that I just picked up from My Tech Guys. Not only did they recover all of my data, install a new hard drive with 5 years warranty, and update my computer but they provided world class customer service in a super speedy and super professional and affordable manner. Will was very informative and kind and Cory was clearly intelligent and quick. They are My Tech Guys and they should be Your Tech Guys too.

True Story I don't want to be unnecessarily cruel, in case this was some kind of high school work experience thing (although the guy appeared way too old for that), but he literally lost screws to my laptop. When he seemed to have no idea what to do about it. I suggested maybe they had suitable screws in the back room, came out with a huge tub of random parts and said he was going for lunch and left. Definitely not returning.

Just picked up my MacBook Pro which was in for an Apple Care spacebar replacement. It works like a dream and after four years of daily work on this thing, I had expected I would be spending a couple of hours cleaning up the rest of the keys from wayward dust, goop and whatever insects may have laid their eggs in the night. But WOO HOO! It's pristine and all the keys work like new. Somebody went the extra mile! Thanks to a great bunch!!!

Very poor customer service. I inquired whether their services extended in providing a Live Streaming Broadcast for an upcoming memorial for my Father. Initially Bob responded favourably by email and that they could indeed assist me and would get back to me the next day following a staff meeting. It has now been 3 weeks, I have left multiple voice messages and emails asking for any sort of update or even a quote or if I should try elsewhere. Zero response. In the end I would have been happy with a simple “NO” so I could quit wasting time and take my business elsewhere.
