TERRIBLE SERVICE, NO COMMUNICATION, UNABLE TO ANSWER CALLS AND PROVIDE NO INFORMATION
What nonsense is this? I have visited the branch numerous times and representatives have no information regarding anything. The are unable to provide accurate information o how to renew passports, how to get a police clearance, their website it terrible. The website is like something that was created in 1980's.
During this COVID pandemic where they should be making sure that they support the Indian community. They have done nothing! Locked their doors when went to bed. People who need their passport renewed to go back home, need police clearances for their Canadian immigration are left stranded.
Like I said. TERRIBLE SERVICE, NO COMMUNICATION, NO KNOWLEDGE, NO CARE FOR THE COMMUNITY.

Worst management ever. Just always behind the money. My spouse name was not on the passport, so they sent my pcc application back.
Are you guys kidding me??
Now i have to change my passport first then apply for pcc again, again 85$ courier charges and all.
Passport renewal fee and courier charges around 200$.

One of the most incompetent service I have encountered in my life!
1) they never pick up
2) 1 in 1000 chance they do pick up, they hang up right away
3) i have talked to 4 representatives till now, they have all given me different information about oci application. How can you not give a basic training and information to your employees?
Your service is here to help Indians or indian origin, so please, help them!!!
And please pick up your damn phone! The person on the other side is calling out of desperation, not to make plans to hang out.
Very helpful staff. Have been there for multiple things never had any issues.
They will pick you phone, and they will hang up right away like u r talking to ur spouse. Looks like they are operating phone calls from india. Very horrible experience.
