Helpful and professional staffs who are alsp quite tech savy. Not only they know documentation processes well, but also can suggest you efficiently to get processes completed on time (and even in some cases earlier). The office is also located in an awsome complex area vicinity of which is very scenic. If you have kids or family member(s) to wait for you while you take care of your business in the consulate, the surrounding complex area has number of park benches, trees and sitting tables to keep them occupied. Also there are coffee shops and a restaurant in the building in case you want to spend time inside.

Service was very good and professional. Consular officers (two) spoke very nicely and professionally. Explainned the forms completely. I was very happy with their professional attitude.
Everything was smooth and perfect. Lady was really helpful with my NVR application. Very respectful and they take your feedback genuinely for further improvement. Overall, I was glad that my experience was pleasant, especially in this time of Covid.
