Usually has all I need when I go there! Shopping online I can order, and pay BUT can get an email refunding my money because they don't have the product!
Why offer it and allow me to pay for it? Why don't you know beforehand that you are "out of stock" while placing an order?

Fast service help full employees comfortable to shop
Staff is very helpful - they often pop up out of nowhere to ask if they can assist you as wander around the store! I usually find everything I need there and it is not cluttered as some of the other hardware stores I've been to. They also offer services for entrepreneurs/contractors.
