Recently, we have had 5 windows and a door changed in our house by BMR Pierre-Naud - St-Thècle. Unfortunately, the installation was poorly done: some windows not level, as well as some moldings, silicone is missing, the weatherstripping of the new door was damaged during installation and the frame thereof is not parallel to the walls. The quality of the windows pleased us, but the experience was very disappointing since we will even have to redo touches of plaster and paint on our walls, because they were damaged! Several pieces of waste were also left outside around the house. Very disappointed since the price of the installation was the same as elsewhere, however I had the impression of having a discount service!
