I found a snowblower on the website and my wife called to make sure they had it in stock. Only the demo was left and we were still interested. Were told that there would be a price adjustment it being the floor model and all. The manager was to call us with the price and we would go and snap it up. Never got the call. Next day to try and stay with our regular store, we called again and the manager would call back at 12:30. Never got a call. Called greenfield park store. Talked immediately with the manager who had only the demo and gave us a nice deal over and above the liquidation price. Sold. Hell of a difference from one store to the next.

I love home depot, but I went during my lunch hour to pick up my online order and thought that I would be in and out. The pick up counter is shared with the return counter. They mainly served the people returning items even if they came in after me. I rarely complain but this time I have to say they dropped the ball. It would have been faster for me to just pick up my item from the shelf and pay at the cash. I hope that this is a one off bad experience. This is the first time tried the order online and pickup in store. I don't think that I would be doing that again. I should have used the free shipping option since I qualified for. It may have been faster.....

This HomeDepot has horrible customer service. Drove an hour to get an item which they claimed had 9 in stock. I asked three employees about this item. All three looked at their phones and one searched it up on the computer and did not recognise the item. Instead of taking the time to look in the back or ask someone knowledgeable about the item they stood by the computer looking confused and said they do not think they have it. Waste of my time, never going there again!

Store consultant gave absolutely wrong information. Was no price on a item and anywhere around the shelf. Dep manager Jamal, had zero wish to correct their own mistake, unprofessional conversion from his side: "tell me the name of the guy who consult you 3 days ago in store and I will correct the price for you, if you don't remember the name have a nice day". Had much better service in stores around.
