Usually this Rona store is fine although it is a franchise not a chain store so from time to time it is a bit of a pain...IF YOU ARE GETTING SOMETHING FROM THE OUTDOOR REAR OF THE BUILDING DURING THE WINTER BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL !! Last January I had a bad fall picking up some driveway salt ..total skating rink with a dusting of snow over it..I wnt down like a bag of rocks..badly bruised my ribs and had to sleep in a chair for almost three weeks ! They never thought to salt the area. Just be careful

For Rona - not bad at all! Found some good sales. The best thing about it - people who work there are very helpful!!! Just not very big choice of tools comparing to "Depos"... With the rest - great store!

Great place for 5/16x3" and 4" pine board paneling. But lousy for picking out your own lumber - you have to go around back and hope they give you nice stuff. You can select some on your own but it's not as convenient as competitors. Furniture grade pine boards were completely out of stock! 2 stars for that. And selection of brands of the 18ga brad nails is limited to ... two! They do have a really cool price label system though. And today I saw the price for an item change (decrease) before my eyes! And no it wasn't the bulk or club price vs. regular. Quite cool. Back up to four stars for that.

This place used to be my favorite Rona. Most of the employees here are nice and helpful until one day I went to the pick-up yard and find some old dudes there who were rude and low-quality, completely miserable, 0 customer service there. I'm definitely not coming back again until these old dudes are fired. I would rather pay twice the price to go other stores.

Stopped by yesterday but the lineup was long. Went just past opening today and only had to wait a few minutes. Their set up is good. Store not too crowded. Other customers mindful. Staff helpful and friendly. Long line when I left.
