Customer service manager doesn’t know how to do customer service. When people are standing in the line at customer service, she brought some other customer from the self checkout line and directly took him to the counter, so what about the customers waiting in the line at customer service? I did not see this type of arrangement at any other store. And the most important, 50% of their staff is wearing mask below their nose, which is completely not appropriate. Value your all customers, not only one or two. Manager also needs supervision.

Great pricing, they have calamari for just $7.95 a box and it is delicious! Lots of deals and the store is expansive so even when busy it is not crowded. The self checkout staff are the best of any Walmart I’ve seen. Very helpful and go the extra mile for their customers, easy to see they enjoy their job.

I never buy anything at Walmart but I gave it a try to see and they could not delivery. I pre-ordered an item online 2 months in advanced with the promise they will have ready for me day one. day 3 passed and nothing was delivered. I called twice and went to pick up on person and just had no idea where my item was. When asked when I could get it, they said " We don't know, it could be a week or another month, we just don't know" So this is the first, and last time I buy anything at Walmart. Good bye Walmart.

Incompetent pharmacist.
