Bed Bath & Beyond

This is my second time to visit this store in this location( 4751 Mcclelland Road in Richmond, BC) at this time and it was very frustrating for the two visits because of different associates constantly bugging me "if I am okay". I went there to hopefully find a bathroom shower curtain that will match the colors and size of a newly renovated bathroom. i need sometime to think and imagine how will things look or how will things coordinate together. It is very annoying for these associates to come several times to ask if I am okay. I mentioned that I need sometime to think before I buy because I hate returning things back and forth. After that, the associate asssigned another associate to stand where I was and monitor what I was doing. Goodness gracious!!! The store was not busy. There was no line up and when I finally decided to line up, there was only one cashier to deal with one customer before me. Is this a pressure tactic or is the store so desperate to get some sales from people?? What's the rush for? I THINK IT IS SIMPLE COMMON SENSE THAT IF PEOPLE NEED HELP THEY WILL ASK AN ASSOCIATE, ISN'T IT? Can the store management explain the reason for such an annoying business approach, please. These were very frustrating shopping experiences!! However, in the kitchen department where the plates are, the associate person just let you be and I really appreciate that very much!!

Helpful staff, decent prices with coupons, can be pricy for what you're getting

I did curb-side pick up during quarantine at this location. The associate who helped me shop on the phone is Elaina (not sure if that’s the correct spelling). She was super friendly, helpful, sweet, and made my shopping experience (despite the limitations due to quarantine) smooth and convenient. I give her customer service a 10/10 rating. Thanks again Elaina!
