Need more pay check out at busy times.

Many items or sizez not in stock. Tills went unmanned creating line ups at 1030am. Prices need to be more competitive to keep up with online retailers. Hope this Canadian retailer can make it through this covid period. 🤞

Bought the Chanel perfume for my wife. The service is ok. Perfume is good.But I felt only one sales lady knows well for their own products. Thumbs up for this young lady.

Always a clean store, not much staff if you need help though. At least not much in the men's area. The staff you do find is very helpful though and the Bay is known for their great sales, which they still have often. I always check out the Bay when I'm in the mall because they seem to have new stuff fairly often.
