They are ok. They have a good selection of cleaning supplies but I can't vouch for their prices. My companion was their products as he was the one who wants them. Maybe somebody else can write a better review.

I don’t think they have costumer service people. I’ve tried calling them for 3 days now and they just don’t answer the phone! If you call them, prepare to wait anywhere from 1 hour or more..next year I’ll bring my business elsewhere.

Huge shout out to Craig and the guys at Amre Supply. I brought in a noisy bathroom fan looking for some advice, and after a few adjustments it's now working like a charm. Excellent customer service. Thanks Craig, you took away my headache.

Second and last time I'm using those guys the worst costumer service ever, when you order something from a company you expect them to start the fulfilment process on their own, not with those guys, they had the part I ordered in another warehouse "that was not communicated to me when I placed the order online" when I ordered before I got a call 2 days later to pick up my item this time I waited 10 days and when they didn't call I called to ask they said it is not available in my local store and I should have called and asked for the item to be moved form the other store, and when I told the costumer service agent that how could've I ever knew that they were not the nicest to say the least and told me they'll initiate the transfer of the item and it'll take up to 4 weeks, and if I really needed something soon I should pay to have it shipped to me. What is the idea of having branches all over the country! And how about I was not warned it is not available for local pickup when I ordered! Note added after reply: obviously you did not read my comment, I don't expect you to stock all items at all stores but I expect you have the ABC basics of operations management. I as client do not have to call you to initiate the move of an item you sold and supposed to fulfil in one of your branches, I'm not expecting you to match amazon but have decent service where items move between your own warehouses properly. No wonder big good businesses are losing business to the online retailers, I honestly was happy with you the first time I used you and that is why I came back. I'd love to see local Canadian business competing on the world stage. I hope this reach the upper management of the company and they take action on it before it is too late.
