Excellent place for all your hardware needs. Being a cabinet maker and finishing Carpenter I always look to Richelieu for quality hardware and best selection. They are a large company that stays on top of trends and technologies. Have been a long time customer.
We had a REALLY tough time matching our faucet to our cabinet handles. We went to Richelieu and had Neil help us. Neil knew exactly which color went with our faucet within a minute!! And sure enough it was spot on. So happy with the service! He saved us so much time and was great at answering all of our questions
Worst managed warehouse..!!!! Awful customer service
I called to ask for my invoice. Very rude customer service!!! I said Hi, no response, I was spelling my email out to him, he rudely interpreted by saying he knows how to spell. I said "Great, thank you" and he hang up the phone. After all that, I didn't even receive the invoice!!!!! I don't understand those people.
