Returns desk takes half an hour to process one return. Lineup out doors, on to street.
I went in with a specific problem. I was greeted at the door by an associate who directed me to the correct department. The associate at.the desk didn't know the answer and she was busy with another customer, which was fine. She directed me to the correct corridor and 5 minutes later showed up with a specialist who could answer my questions. An excellent store experience!
The lumber prices are ridiculously high, I’m paying more for lumber than ever before. It’s better to go somewhere else or just chop down a tree and mill the wood yourself.
Go to customer service where I wanted to make a return. Saw five workers who were standing around and busy chit chatting with each other.Upon seeing me waiting to make a return they all walk away and start to "work" And ignoring the fact that there's a customer standing right there watching all this. And then you have them turn around and look at you as if you're the problem. Seriously learn some customer service skills
It's a great place to find tools, furniture and everything for your home. I found that the store was a little bit messy but maybe it's was a special occasion. However, people who works there are always willing to help in your questions to find what you need.
