Great store. Very knowledgeable, great service, high quality goods at fair prices. They allow well behaved dogs in leash, which is nice.

Fantastic, high quality products. Lee Valley is a high end tool store with interesting a quirky products. Their prices are quite high, but so is the quality. We bought a window washing set w/ extension pole. The squeegee was real smooth and the washer head did a good job of removing stuck on debris. Many of the products are not on the showroom floor and have to be brought out from the back by staff.

100% recommend, came in looking to buy a wood turning pen kit for the first time, John who was working at the front desk took the time to explain all the equipment I needed to get started and how it worked, gave me their woodworking tools catalog for information and also left his phone number if I ever needed help. Best customer service I have ever seen and you can tell they are passionate about what they do!

Asked them over the phone if they carried ready rods. The woman who answered was incredibly rude and told me to use the website. Awful customer service. I was eventually able to talk to someone else who was very helpful and polite but can't undo that woman's behaviour.

I was looking for Z Clips, and I found they carry this hardware from website. I have heard this place many times, but it was my first time to visit this place to get Z Clips. Amazing selections of hardware tools, and superb personal customer service. The sales person guided me how to place the order step by step for a purchase less than $5. What a pleasant visit I had !
