A really good hotel. The rooms are extremely clean and updated. The best part is the front desk staff. They are super friendly and make one feel really welcome. Ben in the restaurant was a one person show and is to be commended as well for providing outstanding customer service. We will be back.
I have the pleasure to use Best Western Inn (Leduc) in multiple occasions and never disappointed with their services. Carol Borowic is absolutely outstanding and her hospitality/planning services are above and beyond. Either you plan enjoy yourself in their great restaurants or planning larger events, this is the place you want to be. I highly recommend Best Western in Leduc to everyone!
I didnt stay here but I did do training here for work.
The banquet room we used downstairs was very clean, chairs super comfortable, bathrooms were nice (everything hands feel) and they supplied us with water all day
The location itself also has lots of parking in front and behind hotel and makes it easy to park larger vehicals
I was very impressed with the measures taken by this hotel amid the COVID 19 pandemic! It was extremely clean and there were sanitizer stations and safety measures posted everywhere. There was a sign at the entrance saying masks were required, so my boyfriend and I both wore masks inside. The breakfast to go was great considering the complimentary breakfast was closed due to the pandemic. There were some disrespectful guests that were mocking us for wearing the masks that we thought were required. This wasn’t the fault of the hotel, but still very frustrating.
Great hotel. Good price.
