Rooms are nice and clean.
However we had no room service the next day. So no coffee refill, or garbage taken out.
Hotel was very clean. Betty at the front desk so very pleasant to deal with, and very accommodating. Great rates as well!
I was impressed on the cleanliness of basically everything in this hotel. If I have to stay in edmonton again this is where I’ll be going! Front desk was friendly. Thank you for a comfortable stay!
Internet didn't work initially. Massive inconvenience and terrible timing.
Edit: It wasn't down, it required an additional login that was not known to your front desk staff.
Everything about the property is good. The free laundry is such a wonderful add on. The breakfast is good. However, The front desk agent treats some people really great. So chatty and joking around with other clients that are strangers, but I am treated in serious way. No chatting or laughing. Perhaps they need cultural sensitivity training :/
