It's pretty close to the airport! Room was very comfortable, and in these covid times, looked like they did a good job in maintaining the cleanliness. Had great breakfast. But! Don't get hurt, they didn't have a first aid kit. And the parking lot was an ice skating rink!!! They clearly don't believe in salt to help with the ice.
Great place for the price. Interior looks old and needs some renovation. Breakfast time is too short. 05:30-08:30 on weekday and 06:00-09:00 on weekend. But the breakfast itself is great, while other hotels only offer very basic to-go bag or even no breakfast.
And none of the staffs I have seen was wearing a mask.
A nice hotel to stay at. It is a bit out of the way, the rooms nice and clean each with the blue Hilton sticker on the door to indicate that it has not only been cleaned but sanitized as well.
My family has stayed there a number of times,. Unfortunately the most recent was not so enjoyable, my wife screamed when she saw a black bug crawling in the bathroom! I brought this to the attention of the General Manager the following morning, showing him the video of this unwelcomed black bug! Sadly, there was literally no response, not even an apology. After I brought this to the attention of Hilton Customer service, advising of my disappointment in how this was handled.
Almost 2 weeks later as I hadn't heard from anyone at this property, I called Hilton CS again, they advised me the Hotel had addressed this and resolved this with me. I advised the CS department that I had NOT heard from this hotel at all.
We will NOT return to this hotel
Everyone was very nice and the hotel and rooms were extremely clean. I will definitely be staying again
Customer service awesome. The steak sandwich they have downstairs funomenal I will definitely be staying here again
