Plaza Premium Lounge Vancouver (US Departures)

Had a good experience at this lounge. They seemed short staffed and the lounge was packed but the staff were friendly and helpful - especially Vicky. She never stopped and many people thanked her for taking such good care of them. So nice to see such great customer service. The food was plentiful. Wine was nice. Coffee was fine. I will come back here

If you've got a Sapphire Reserve, checking in is easy. My wife has priority pass and was able to bring me as a guest, no problem. We came at night and they were serving dinner. It was fine. Seeing how it was free, I have no complaints about the food or drinks. I will say that it's a bit small and the bathrooms are a bit dirty, you can actually find nicer bathrooms in other parts of the airport. There are only a few seats that are close enough to an outlet which isn't great. But if you're comfortable leaving it there and sitting somewhere else that has a line of sight to it then you'll probably find an outlet. They also have wine and cheap liquor for free as well. It's all quite adequate but not anything I'd consider luxurious or even premium. It's just a decent place to sit with free stuff. Nothing too egregious to complain about.

The lounge itself is somewhat small. Food generally consists of a few hot items and a few cold salad items with desert. Drinks are pour yourself and there is a small selection of hard liquor and wine. Overall it is an average lounge. Nothing exceptional. The reason for the 5 stars is due to the ladies that work here and in particular Vicky. They provided great service and were very attentive and friendly.

Area is a little smaller than most lounges. Food was excellent for what they offered. They did not have any beer like was posted on the menu. Only 1 restroom per man and woman. Very friendly staff. Would go back.

It's better than sitting at the gate, but nothing overly fancy. It's fairly compact. Small section of ok food, and open self serve bar starting at 11am. (No charge for alcohol, even tho website says alcohol is an additional charge)
