Plaza Premium Lounge Vancouver (Pier C, Domestic Departures)

We stopped in the Plaza Premium Lounge in Vancouver recently using Priority pass and were happy with visit. There was a good supply of soft drink and the chairs were far more comfortable to relax in than those in the main airport. I tried Chicken Curry with Vegetable Wrap and it was tasty. For the £20 it cost us each I'd say it was worth it for a stop over of more than 2 hours. The staffs are working so hard. They just ran back and forth to serve. Of Couse, More food and desserts options will be perfect. Thank you to all of the hard working staffs, we will be back next week.

My least favorite lounge I've been to. I got a comfy chair, so that was nice, but this was not worth the spend on a lounge. You had to go up to the counter to order anything but then they wouldn't hand it to you. You had to go back to your seat and they would essentially follow you back and give it to you once you sat down. I didn't really understand why they wouldn't just come around and ask if you wanted anything to minimize the amount of people walking around the lounge. They were strange with their seating policies. When we came in, they wouldn't let us sit in two of the comfy chairs because they were too close to other customers which we understood . But then an hour later, they let other people sit in those exact chairs with the same amount of people around, so that was annoying. Food wise they had a chicken curry or scrambled eggs and potatoes. The potatoes they served me had no salt and were at best room temperature. Pastries all looked like there were from a grocery store pack. Drink wise, when I first got there they were pouring what seemed like 1/3 of a glass of wine. After my third time going up they started pouring a full glass. Compared to all other lounge experiences this one was seriously lacking. No tv, no newspapers. I understand the covid times we are in, but it could have been greatly improved with a few small things.

Appreciated all your hard-work!! We paid for lounge service but no Tip requested. However, me and my partner got more than "excellent service" from those servers which we really impressed. Thank you again. Coffee, and food was excellent.. my experience with this place was amazing. We definitely visiting again

A welcoming lounge space in YVR. I was thankful they let me come in, even though this particular lounge is not for international travelers, but the one that is for us has later hours. Breakfast was simple but tasty, and coffee was nice. It's not a 5-star lounge, but for Priority Pass holders with unlimited visits, it's a great place to chill before a flight.

Amazing food! I love chicken noodle soup and fish curry. The whole experience is great. The staffs are always so friendly and kind. Will come back next week. More dessert options will be appreciated.
