I found what I was after friendly staff but they only have one entrance open so I had to do alot of walking and I use a cane...same with change rooms they only use one and it wasnt close to where I was shopping!

My husband and I had a very positive experience at the Bay while shopping for a kitchen appliance. We were assisted by a very courteous and extremely helpful shop assistant called Mimi. Mimi went over and above retrieving information about the appliance and even gave up part of her scheduled break time to make sure we had all the info we needed. Mimi was an absolute delight and so patient. She really made our day, especially in these bizzare times when patience and tempers can be a little frayed! Thank you again Mimi for all your wonderful help.

I enjoy the Bay, I seem to always find something I want on sale... lots of variety. Remember to ask staff to remove security tags from your purchase before leaving the store, it's inconvenient to have to go back to have them taken off. 😞
