Great service. Guys went to look twice to confirm they had the part I needed. I got the part same day, at a local shop. It was a couple bucks more than buying from a large online retailer, but still cheaper than if I'd requested next day shipping. A+

I used to use Reliable Parts a lot when I was a building manager, 20 years ago. They had good service then and still maintain their great service now! Needed a part for my dryer; they had the whole part in stock, not the bracket by itself and it was $46. When I came home, they had called me and said they started looking for the bracket and found it! It was only $6! What a great service! Thank you Ray and Wil (?)! Great consistent service!

Called for a heating element for our dryer. they said $160. I thought it seemed a bit steep. I would like to support local business but i found the same part on amazon for $32.99. Unbelievable, $130 mark up for a dryer heating element???????
