Have always had a great experience with this Canadian Tire location. Helpful staff, good products. Only issue is that I keep wanting to go back and buy more tools on sale!

They seem to have taken their phone off the hook. I have never had them answer when doing an online pickup. Always have to go in to find a group of employees chatting at customer service. Calling for 2 days now about an in store pickup order I made and I get the busy signal every time I call. I wonder who is managing this place.

Had a return to make, they were quick and efficient staff always polite and friendly. Product selection very good

We had a nail in our tire on our vehicle driving back from our trip. We are from out of town so we dropped to the service department first thing in the morning at 7:30AM. The service advisor said to wait outside while he open up which took 15 minutes before he let me in, told me to wait at the counter and waited for another 10 minutes but I can see he was having his coffee and talking to the technicians while I was standing by the counter. He finally came out and tells me it'll be about 9AM before they can take my vehicle in and mentioned the tire technician is tied up with work from the previous day. Waited until 9:45AM and they still haven't taken in my vehicle which I asked again how much longer and he tells me with a bit of a rude attitude to go somewhere else if I can't wait any longer. So I went to Kal Tire across town and they where much more accommodating and friendlier. Not a good customer experience with your Canadian Tire service staff.
