Good service did not have the product we wanted

I called Customer Service yesterday to ask if I could do a price match on an online order? I told the male employee that I have a severe medical issue and that I was unable to wear a mask. I asked if it could be done outside the store? He said not to worry, and just tell them you are "Medical Exempt". I went around 7:20 am this morning as I did not want to go in when it was busy or create a scene. As I entered the store, a female employee asked if I had a mask? I said that I was unable to wear one for medical reasons. She got a bit more assertive and said that I had to wear a mask. She had a pair of tongs and began to hand me a mask. I told her that I had called Customer Service yesterday and they said that I was okay to come in with being Medically Exempt. At that point, she backed off and let me through. I went to Customer Service and explained my medical situation and they said just to physical distance. I complied. As I was speaking with Customer Service, a male aboriginal employee was mopping the floor behind her. I noticed as he looked up at me, he gave me an angry glare. Then he continued to clean the floor. I was beginning to feel uncomfortable as I did not want to create a problem. That is why I called Customer Service yesterday. The rest of the transaction went smoothly, but I still feel anxious from my experience. Unfortunately, some of us have medical issues. I didn't want to create a problem. That is why I called Customer Service yesterday and went to the store early in the morning. I like the Home Depot. It is a good store with good staff. This Covid-19 situation makes it difficult for everyone.

Decent service. Ok prices... They messed up my delivery on about $4000 worth of merchandise, but kind of compensated for it. (Got a moen shower kit valued at $300 comped) However, my friend who experienced a similar delivery mix up got compensated 30% of the value of his purchase, whereas the value of my compensation was less than 10%. So I think it's all about how much of a fuss you're willing to make, really.
