Earls Kitchen + Bar

Thank you Earls for your great service and food! :) We went on Wednesday and Benita was our server. My order is pretty specific because of food restrictions and Benita was so helpful and patient! The food was delicious as always. Thanks again!

I was in today , had put my mask on and had given all our info, I asked the hostess if we could have a booth to sit in as the restaurant was not even half full. The hostess told us that we had to go and wait back outside the front door if we wanted a booth Even though the lobby was completely empty and as i said, the restaurant was at maybe half occupancy. After waiting outside for ten minutes we decided to leave and go to another restaurant. A bit ridiculous to be told to wait outside in the rain And have such a long wait for a simple request. It was not busy and the server seemed annoyed we had asked for this simple request

Who's earl?

The service was fantastic, as always. The food on the other hand...not so much. Ordered a full rack of ribs for takeout. Got home to eat and discovered they were full of gobs of fat. It was so bad we actually only ate a potion of it only to realize that part of the rack wasn't as cooked as compared to previous times. We've ordered from Earls many times and it's starting to appear that the food quality has changed as this kind of of disappointment isn't the first time. Sorry Earls, you can do better.
