Canadian Tire

I bought a Christmas tree 2 days ago and saw in the flyer its now 60% off, So I return to the store this morning to see about a refund on the difference only to be told by customer service they are not offering a price match on this sale or boxing day sale. I came home in disbelief as I know this is not common practice and called the Canadian tire close to my house and was told by the store manager at that location I was entitled to the new sale price. Customer service was great there and they told me its not right for me to have to go to another location to have this corrected. Definitely wont be returning to the white rock location. If I could give 0 stars i would have.

I had wonderful service today. The gentleman not only helped me find what I was looking for, but went out of his way to get one whose package wasn't "beaten up".

came all the way from opposite end of surrey looking for a specific item which they had 5 available of. no online order option here so I came in and found the shelf empty. asked two associates for help none of them could be bothered to check stock or availability in the back. At the Surrey King George location, the associate checked in the back and found what I needed.

This Southpoint Canadian Tire store now has a well marked In store pickup, for on-line orders. No one in the line today. This location in South Surrey is a large store with all the regular stock. This chain always has a little of everything, including a large Auto Centre for vehicle maintenance and a large stock of small appliances for the coming winter season.

This Canadian Tire has got everything you'd ever want or need I've gone in there and I've found exactly what I need every single time without question I don't know who does the stocking who does the ordering of the parts and pieces but they do a hell of a job they know exactly how to read their customer base their consumer base not to mention their area that they live for that they work they know their people and that's what makes this place a fantastic place to shop
