Employees are rude but there’s good products

I am an experienced product designer of gadgets and new inventions and all sorts of stuff, so I am very fussy where I shop for the many unique items that I need. The Big Box Outlet Store - South Surrey - White Rock, have consistently eager to help staff, that are friendly and kind, someones hiring the right people at this place! I almost don't want to write a great review for this place because it's my secret place for bargains, now the word is out! They have been in the South Surrey area for years and I'm delighted they are close by. All things considered it's a great experience as you visit this store and bargain hunt 'til you drop!!!

Went in with my mother to look for kitchen chairs, the manager, I think she was, went above and beyond to help us. We were only able to find two in the colour my mom wanted, that was fine but I got a call a couple weeks later saying she was able to find us another two. We were very pleased, bought the other two she was very kind and professional. All the staff are always very pleasant when I’m there. Good job Big Box Outlet Store, I will continue to shop there. Great experience today. Wanted to buy a digital keyboard. Unfortunately someone took the adapter. Store employee quickly came up with a solution and found a different one that worked. She was really helpful and even gave me a bench and keyboard stand with it which was not part of the price. Thanks you so much for your help and will come back for sure.
