Product on shelf’s always seem to be tampered with meaning (completely destroyed) for example ask to get a discount on two reusable K-cups since the boxes had been completely opened and destroyed. Not very appealing to the eye when buying a brand new product. Was told they wouldn’t do it since the actual k pods seemed fine..point is product that has been opened shouldn’t be sold and if so should be discounted.

Ordered 5 RV winterize items online for curb pickup all showing dbl digit in stock with aisle numbers at West K. Paid online, received a confirmation. More than 24 hours later, two emails advising items that had been cancelled due to no stock. All 5 items cancelled with two email notifications. I now have ordered 3 of the 5 at the Kelowna store and hope they come through again dbl digit inventory levels with aisle #s showing online. Trying to support local instead of Amazon but not having much luck.

We had a wonderful woman help us, she was a dark haired, tall heavy set lady in housewares that went above and beyond 99% of retail staff I have ever had the privilege to be assisted by. She found three things that were not on the shelf or hidden. The only reason this store did not get 5 stars was due to the young cashier who was poorly trained and wanted us to go to customer service to buy an item and they were unable to do so, so we would have been bounced around but the fantastic lady showed up to give us an item she had just found stopping us from leaving the till and got a manager to help finish my purchase.

Needed a tire change for the winter season, simple enough right? so I try making an appointment and met with nothing but ridicule and rude behavior from Pete the service manager. Tells me I can't have my car in because there's no mechanics working, during the middle of a Thursday where I can see mechanics working. Never have I ever been met with such disrespect and wouldn't even allow my business for some reason that seemed personal. I will never take my car into a shop run by this manager.

Hard to get assistance; the staff seem wrapped up in tasks instead of looking after the customer.
