I have dealt with Rene for over 10 years. He's always interested in your needs. Never pushy but always has great ideas. Will go out of his way to make a customer happy. Top rate guy. Service is always first in his eyes.

Just went to Andre's Electronic Experts in West Kelowna looking to find the right sized screws to hang our tv on an existing wall mount. Amazing service from Rene who gave use a strip of different sized screws to take home, find the right sized one and come back and he would give us the ones we needed. He didn't know us but trusted we would return the loaned ones which we did right away. Amazing when you put your trust in others, they usually respond in like fashion. Will be back for any electronic needs we may have. Thank you Rene and staff.

Our experience today with Matt C. was the best Telus rep we have had in 25 years of being a Telus customer. He outlined our options very clearly including any potential additional costs. He took time to demonstrate how the product works. He was pleasant and patient throughout. He clarified what was required at every stage. It was a very positive experience.

Normally I wouldn't go out of my way to post a review but quite honestly Rene was one of the most lovely human beings I've come in contact with in awhile. Genuinely good energy and excellent customer service. I had a new sound system installed in my jeep and he gave me a wicked awesome deal. Jeremy the installation tech had an exceptional attention to detail and he was very friendly as well as knowledgeable. Overall very impressed with the team at Andres I can't speak highly enough!
