Great store has most everything my man and I have ever gone here for. Very helpful staff. The only problem I've ever had is with their security. They follow people around the store very closely and too obviously. Especially when I'm not a thief and they should be checking and watching the real thieves more closely. It is a store in West Kelowna I'll never return to. Honest to god opinion.

I was SO very impressed by my recent experience at The Home Depot in West Kelowna. Brian was so incredibly helpful! I went in to try and put together an older "Radio Flyer" and was lost at where to start. Brian went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me and ensure I had what I needed. Thank you Brian!!! I really appreciated all that you did! :)

Was looking for info on hot water tanks. Gentleman was extremely knowledgeable and I will be getting it done through Home Depot. Very reasonable price and the install will be done professionally including removing and taking away the old tank. Very happy.
