I can understand if you guys dont want to do a small job but if you could have returned calls so I dont have to sit around waiting

Could not be happier with every aspect of my experience with United Floors in Courtenay. From picking out the floors and taking home samples, to the show room people who were super helpful and never pushy, to the two guys who came and did the install. Installers were friendly, FAST (way faster than quoted) and humored my inquisitive 5 year old who loved all the tools they brought. Looks clean and perfect and I am SO PLEASED with the whole experience. Most importantly, they left not a trace of mess even though they were ripping out some seriously yucky old carpet and underlay that was practically falling apart. After shopping around at ALL the floor shops in Courtenay, these guys were the most reasonable for install prices, and they had such a good selection (almost mindblowing actually). I had a specific colour in mind that isn't/wasn't as "fashionable" and "in" as the sea of grey laminate wood type floors a lot of the other shops offered. They knew their inventory and put up with my wacky descriptions and fussiness with ease. Go talk to the guys in the shop and you will see what I mean.
