Very cluttered and unorganized. The attendant is a very nice guy but struggles with customer service. It always takes a long time to do anything here.

Nice enough guy but he's obviously overwhelmed with running the business.

Don't do what I did and ignore these reviews. Words can't describe what a gong show this place is. Dropped my chainsaw off o be serviced, after 5 weeks not only did he not do anything, he couldn't actually find it. Just talk to this guy for 30seconds and tell me you aren't questioning his ability to manage things. What a waste of my time. I would give zero stars if it would let me.

Had the worst experience ever at this store. Waited for more than 2 hours to rent a truck even after reservation. Guy at front desk is old and slow. He has zero computer skills and spends 30 mins to figure out each customer’s transaction. I would rent at some other place in Courtney next time.

They are not “ rent all “ I called to rent something and I got “ oh we don’t rent thoughts they are lot of work and maintenance” well that is there business sounds a bit lazy to me!
