Houston Fields store is okay. My grandchildren love to go there.

I walked in and picked out some items for a purchase. I arrived counter and tried paying with tap, the machine wasn’t working so the woman behind the counter immediately decided that it was an error on my part and told me to do it again. The machine didn’t work a second time so I inserted my card and low and behold the zero button on the keypad didn’t work. I was treated as though I was a neanderthal and hadn’t ever paid for anything with a card before. Overall the customer service was absolutely terrible and I’m appalled at the experience I had.

I do not appreciate the individuals working there following me or the company I am with
