Horrible. I was not communicated with via email after finishing recording. The studio was not set up properly. Mistakes were made during recording for which I paid for (as in mic was not set up properly and I had to wait more than 20 minutes for it all to work -- after my arrival). Then I was sent mixes that were not different to any extent from what we did in the studio. None of the effects were added that I wanted and yet I made quite clear what I wished for. All in all, do not come here unless you have a name in Kelowna. You will not be treated well if you are simply an "unknown" -- in fact, you will be treated unfairly as someone who is not worthy of time and being responded to. Very unprofessional and disheartening experience. In a community (music) that thrives on disingenuous people, The Okanagan Mixing Studio, fits beautifully.
