Huge store!!

I love hardware stores. Thank you Fernie for having one. The Humongous Sales get me every time! I tell my friends, "feels like I'm making money" after buying things I dont even need :)

Spent $300 on rims over a week ago. Have not been notified about my product coming in. Everytime I try and call they either don't answer or hang up on me. I'm extreamly polite with the staff and they treat me like I kicked their cat. I'd like my rims please as snow is hitting the ground and I need to put my partners winter tires on their car. Really rich customer service here.

Staff was friendly that I interacted with. The aisles were clear with plenty of space to move. They do have signs up with single direction arrows but nobody seems to really be enforcing it so you still have people coming towards you which sometimes cant be helped with displays in the middle of the aisles making it difficult to turn when you want to. It's a plus that they allow you to bring in your dog so they arent sitting out in the hot car

Brought my car in because my taillights were burnt out and they charged me $90 to change a fuse (which I told them I had already done days prior) and then refused to refund me when I brought my car to another shop which found there was a short circuit. Will not bring my car back.
