Love this place, Wayne, our contact is very knowledgeable and is such a good person to work with. All staff very helpful, lots of useful, well priced product aimed at a rural community. Very well organised to deal with Covid restrictions but still keep us supplied with essentials.

The staff at Albertson's in Parksville have always been a pleasure. Very friendly, professional and efficient. I was overly impressed, however, with their quick adjustments during this pandemic. I had phoned a couple other local hardware stores to see if I could order some things over the phone and was told they don't take credit cards over the phone and not in a friendly manner. I phoned Albertsons and the woman that answered the phone was super nice and accommodating. She put me in touch with Todd and he very quickly put my order together which I sent to him via email. We then drove into the back lumber yard where a very nice young man helped load our things into the truck. Very impressive. They all went above and beyond. I will only shop here from now on in. Thank you Todd and staff. Keep up the good work!
